Your award winning wedding day coordinators & concierge team will be on hand to alleviate stress, act as a liaison to your vendors and ensure your wedding day is exactly as you envisioned it to be! This comprehensive wedding coordination and concierge day-of-service may be reserved at any stage of your wedding planning. If need be we will play “catch-up” with our extensive list of questions, and appropriate documentation to help us prepare for your big day. This day-of planning experience includes up to 10 hours on the day of your event, and two experienced and professional planners at your service;
One flexible-use meeting, upon hiring, in-person in our local region or by phone for distance planning, up to 60 minutes.
One 30-minute phone meeting (if desired) at the “half-way-mark” to address lingering questions, provide professional advice etc.
One in depth wrap up meeting within the final 30 days prior to your wedding day (in person or by phone) in which we review details, review comprehensive documents and preparation materials that we’ve provided you with prior to your big day.
Unlimited phone, email and text support the week of the wedding.
Concierge level service on your wedding day, providing breakfast/lunch delivery, errand running, on-site assistance while getting ready (if required) and generally providing high-level, attentive service on your wedding day.
Wedding Planning Prep Documents, Budget Planning Form, To-Do List to help you through your planning experience.
Timeline assistance, including creation of timeline of wedding weekend for wedding pro-purposes.
Take over vendor communication the week of /Day of the wedding. Field phone calls, questions and coordinate times & details with your hired vendors.
Set-up of your personally provided, assembled items. (Escort cards, guest sign-in books, toasting flutes, favors, etc.).
Distribution of bouquets, pin boutonnieres, assist with gown bustling, coordinate toasts, and ensure everyone important to you is where they need to be throughout the day for pictures, dances, etc. Generally be on hand for any and all needs.
Provide and have on hand, a well-appointed emergency kit for wedding party & immediate family use on wedding day!

After years in the industry, winning just about every award out there for our high end planning services, with our first company, A MOMENT IN TIME WEDDING & EVENT PRODUCTION, what we realized our clients appreciated most was our willingness to provide high level concierge services in the final month of planning, but, especially on the day of. The families we've worked with, and our adoring couples, love that we provide services like delivering lunch, that we make sure all is well while getting ready, will make a run to CVS or a local store if something is missing or needed. We attended to your needs from sun-up to sun-down, both while getting ready, as well at the ceremony or reception. Many day-of coordinators pop in once, at most, and most likely plan to see you at ceremony, hours into the day. Not us. We want to make sure we are available to you in just about every aspect of your day, and plan to be there as the day progresses to provide support, assistance and a calming presence.
